PGL and our HR team are growing and changing, and we now have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor at our Head Office in Ross on Wye. We are looking for a great team player with generalist HR experience who can support and guide our Line Managers on a range of matters including employment law, inductions, employee relations, policy and absence management.

You will also be responsible for employee and HR record management and GDPR across the wider HR team and use your skills and experience to provide specialist HR support to our colleagues in Recruitment - specifically with the process for assessing candidate needs and suitability through background checks (Medical conditions, disabilities, DBS, references, visas etc).

This is a varied role that you will have the opportunity to make your own. You will have achieved a CIPD qualification, have current knowledge of UK employment law and already gained experience as an HR Advisor. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to quickly build working relationships with your colleagues and your flexible approach and willingness to learn will enable you to continue to grow and change to meet the developing requirements of the business.
