HR ADMINISTRATOR.

MUST BE A DRIVER.

Purpose of role.
  • Supporting the delivery of HR Administration. You will be assisting the HR Manager.
CANDIDATE
  • MUST have experience within an office / administration environment.
  • Working within a HR department would be an advantage or some experience and interest.
  • Knowledge of employment law and current legislation.
  • Proactive and demonstrates initiative.
  • Experience within the water industry or environmental sector would be desirable.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Dealing with employees and external clients professionally.
  • CIPD Qualified or an interest in pursuing qualification.Confident and professional communication skills, aligned to GDPR regulations.
Duties.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases(HRIS), and updating employee files.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new hire on-boarding and orientation processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accurately.
  • Assist with employee off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and updating employee records accordingly.
  • Maintain and update employee benefits information, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training and development programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
