HGV / LGV Mechanic / Fitter / Technician required. Working. As a HGV / LGV Mechanic / Fitter / Technician you will ideally have previous experience working in a garage environment. Knowledge of leading truck brands would be ideal but is not necessary for the HGV / LGV Mechanic / Fitter / Technician role.Salary £40,000 a yearHGV/LGV Mechanics: Proven experience required HGV/LGV mechanics qualifications (Preferred)Job DescriptionWorking as part of a team looking after vehicles and trailersDealership experience of LGV /HGV vehicles preferedWorking Monday to fridayAnnual per yearPension schemeDuties:To carry out routine safety inspections to vehicles and trailers to maintenance schedulesInspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defectsTo accurately complete all maintenance and repair record sheetsTo work in a professional and safe mannerTo keep the work area safe, clean, and tidyDesirable:Possession of a valid C + E licence would be an advantage.Knowledge of leading vehicle brands would be a distinct advantage but not essentialMechanical Qualifications Preferred But Not EssentialFor further information call Steve (phone number removed) / email -or click to apply
