We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Hard Services to join our Operations team.

As Head of Hard Services, you’ll manage the property portfolio to ensure the operational needs of the business are met, acting as the central source for advice and information on all property related matters. You will be responsible for providing leadership within maintenance and ensuring that the estate has an effective reactive and planned maintenance strategy, and that compliance is to a high standard across the estate. continually reviewing ways of working and set-up of the team to provide the highest standards and best value for PGL. Safety of our customers and staff is of critical importance to us and the job holder will ensure that our property and maintenance related legal and regulatory obligations are met.
