twentyAI are partnering with a fast growing technology enabled finance provider offering scalable financing solutions who are seeking an experienced Head of Credit Risk to step into a CRO position for a 12 month maternity cover.


The Role

  • Provide oversight for the business’s structuring and assessment of potential risks - Credit Risk in particular
  • Work with Finance and Compliance teams to refinance the customer portfolio and ensure that teams are adhering to compliance requirements
  • Give risk focused advice in product development for new financing products
  • Lead a risk based approach to the end to end customer lending process while focusing on digitalisation of the credit process
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to actively contribute to the company’s mission by supporting growth while promoting revenue and profitability

Role Requirements

  • Proven experienced in a similar role within the financial services industry, ideally within FinTech, Investments or Commercial Banking
  • Strong Risk background, specifically within Credit Risk
  • Experience in developing and setting credit underwriting processes with a data based approach
  • Strong leadership skills and experience with a proven ability to coach and guide junior members
  • Decisive with a detail orientated work based approach
