Operational Risk consultant - DORA - Investment Banking

**Please note this role will be for either an Operational Risk consultant or PM with a background in DORA Operational Resilience inside key banks - DORA experience required**

Operational Resilience and BCM Framework duties


1.Support the EMEA Operational Resilience Programme and Project Manager to deliver Phase 2 of the project by designing, supporting to implement improvements to the Operational Resilience Framework, methodology and process, and Business Continuity Management.
2.The Operational Resilience SME is accountable for developing and progressing plan of work to improve existing Operational Resilience Framework and processes by actively engaging with the Operational Resilience team and providing SME knowledge to enhance existing policy, framework and operational processes.
3.The Operational Resilience SME will work with the various Workstream Leads and the Project Manager to enable the project to progress with its objective of meeting UK regulation on OpRes.
4.Be an active member of the Operational Resilience Project team and be willing to take on other deliverables to make the bank operationally resilient

BCM Framework Enhancements:
  • Review and progress Business continuity management systems alignment with ISO 22301 standards
  • Review and progress BCM framework alignment with EU DORA and UK OpRes requirements
  • Improve and enhance BCM Reporting and MI
  • Document and produce enhanced BCM policy and procedures
  • Ensure there is knowledge transfer of SME knowledge to the BAU team.
