Job Alert - Cleaning Contracts ManagerWho Are We?
Lewis Cleansing is a family run commercial cleaning company operating within the West Midlands. Over the past few years the company has rapidly expanded through the region and now serves an extensive customer base - including schools, academy’s, NHS, and businesses.
As a result of this growth, we are seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to join our team Based in Kidderminster, covering Worcestershire.
Salary: Dependant on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 11:30am - 19:30pm, but with an element of flexibility to suit the needs of the business)
Main Duties & Responsibilities Of The Role
The following list is not exhaustive and other duties of a similar level may be required at any given time.
- Ensuring all of our clients service specifications are delivered to the agreed levels by on-site Cleaning Operatives & Supervisors.
- Ensuring Health & Safety Legislation is adhered to on our sites at all times.
- Liaising with our clients to resolve any issues and requests they have within a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring quality targets are met and maintained through regular site auditing within agreed timeframes.
- Ensuring staff receive appropriate support and training to safely carry out their duties.
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked, stored and maintained to the expected levels.
- Maintaining staff records in accordance with company policy and ensuring staff are clocked in & out daily to aid payroll processing.
- Taking a hands on approach to the role
- Previous contract management experience (desirable)
- Previous commercial cleaning or facilities management experience (required)
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to motivate staff
- A good understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, including COSHH
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Ability to competently demonstrate IT skills, including MS Office
- UK Driving Licence
