The GSOC-EMEA Training Coordinator is primarily responsible for building, delivering, recording, and tracking GSOC-EMEA and the London SCR training. In addition, the GSOC-EMEA Training Coordinator will work closely with the GSOC-EMEA Training Lead on testing and verifying training to ensure that it is effective in transferring information to the team and that all team members are kept up to date with changes in protocols and procedures. The GSOC-EMEA Training Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining training reports and metrics to identify training needs and development opportunities.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Assist in day-to-day operations as required
  • Ensure that all services are performed in a professional and uniform manner by all team members
  • Take an active role in position related projects. The levels of responsibility will vary from consulting to owning projects based on the individual
  • Manage the maintenance of systems and technologies
  • Provide direct training and oversight of all training programs
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new joiners
  • Use provided dashboards to seek team development opportunities
  • Apprenticeship management
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Travel as needed in support of the operations

  • Experience in training

Desirable Experience and Qualifications:


  • Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development- can be supported
  • 2+ years of applicable experience
