We are looking to find a graduate of any discipline who is eager to break into the world of B2B sales and start what will be a highly lucrative graduate career.

This client are looking to bolster their sales team with an ambitious, energetic graduate that is keen to jump onto the career ladder.

Based in Stockton on Tees, this opportunity is perfect for someone that has a keen interest in sales and is actively looking for an immediate start!!!

So what are you going to have to do?

As a Graduate Business Development Manager, your role will be split 50/50 between developing relationships with existing clients, versus going after new business opportunities. With this being a fully graduate role, there will be extensive training & shadowing throughout your first year as you get up to speed with the world of sales! We want you to understand how lucrative a career in software can be, and be ready to jump on that!!!

A typical target for any graduate would be to gain promotion into a Customer Success, account management role within 12-18 months of starting.

  • Good relationship building skills; People buy from people! An ability to build, develop and maintain a range of relationships is important.

  • Coachable; You’re not expected to know it all immediately, someone that is comfortable asking lots of questions and making the occasional mistake will have great potential to learn in sales.
  • Degree educated;A degree of any disciple is accepted, the desire for sales and success is the key!!
