Area Sales Manager – Construction Products - Up to £50,000 basic salary plus Bonuses

Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager – Construction Products:

Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable technical support team you will have responsibility for growing sales of render systems and External Wall Insulation (EWI) to developers, builders, sub-contractors, applicators, builders merchants, insulation and dry lining distributors across the south east of England.

Responsibilities of the Role of Area Sales Manager – Construction Products:

  • Build relationships and network at multiple levels within customers including contracts managers, branch managers and directors
  • Win business from new applicators and distributors
  • Use Glenigans and internal leads to win specifications
  • Ensure specifications are converted into sales with registered applicators and distributors

For the position of Area Sales Manager – Construction Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have sold building products to contractors or builders merchants
  • Proven track record of achieving profitable growth targets
  • New business development
