Page Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading organisation for a Graduate Recruitment Business Partner to join their HR Department. The role will be responsible for managing the recruitment of graduates and apprentices, as well as managing the development of those individuals to the point of qualification.

The role will be responsible for managing the recruitment of graduates and apprentices, as well as managing the development of those individuals to the point of qualification.
The client is a global business and a leader in their industry. This role is based in Leeds, with hybrid working, and occasional travel to their UK-based offices.
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and holding assessment centres and attending careers events at universities. You will review all pre-approved candidate applications before progressing them through to the assessment centre. You will also welcome new starters into the business and be responsible for inductions of the graduates.
Profile
Candidates wishing to apply should:
- Have relevant experience in a graduate/apprentice talent/recruitment role;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Have experience with assessment centres;
- Be able to manage their time effectively.
