Position: Goods In and Out Operative

Location: Abingdon

Job Type: Permanent

Working for a market leading, nationally recognised heat management company providing thermal management solutions for many industries including Automotive and Elite Motorsport.

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role you will manage all incoming and outgoing goods for the factory, working with other areas to makes sure the product is checked and logged and timings are correct for items to be dispatched on time. Other responsibilities include:

  • To process components in accordance with paperwork and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • To unpack, log and photograph all incoming components
  • To organise dispatch notes
  • To inspect all components for damage

Experience or Qualifications –

  • Previous experience in Goods In/Out
  • Counterbalance fork lift licence would be beneficial
  • Keen attention for detail
  • Good interpersonal skills

Candidates who currently are a Goods In and Out Operative, Goods Inspector, Goods In Controller or Warehouse Operative may be suitable for this position.
