Gift Shop Assistant at Grantley Hall

About You
  • A warm and friendly personality who thrives for providing a high level of customer service at all times
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be self motivated
  • Confident with working alone and interacting with customers
  • Computer literate with a strong wiliness to learn new systems, confident processing payments and stock control
  • Previous knowledge and experience working in a Retail/ Hospitality environment
  • A solid understanding of the local area
  • A passion for interior design and an interest in current and emerging trends
About The Role
  • You will be offering a 5* customer service experience to each and every guest that comes into the Gift Shop
  • Have sole responsibility whilst on duty of stock replenishment, ensuring that the shop is clean and attractive to guests at all times
  • Processing cash and card transactions, transferring purchases to the hotels management system creating gift vouchers for guests.
  • Supporting with monthly stock taking and regular stock deliveries
Working Hours Available

Full time hours will be 30 hours a week- shift pattern over 7 days, working hours between 9 am to 6pm
Part Time hours will be between 15-20 hours a week
