German speaking Office & Customer Support
Salary: circa up to £27,000 pa
Location: Birmingham
At commutable distance from Coventry, Worcester, Telford, Shrewsbury, Leicester, Nottingham, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent

Main Duties:
To work alongside teams to provide an efficient & effective customer service to clients via digital platforms.


The Role:
  • Ensure all interactions & transactions are accurate
  • Interact with other teams within Claims, Finance, Compliance
  • Help maintain performance standards by supporting other team members
  • Take accountability for continuously improving service,
  • Ensure all proposed solutions work towards the betterment of the customer experience.
  • Provide accurate management information to senior management
  • Produce ad hoc reports, presentations and marketing literature for senior managers
  • Maintain & develop key relationships with external clients
  • Encourage, report and implement feedback on systems, processes & services
  • Support on boarding & ongoing training so client become self-sufficiency on platforms

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

  • Fluent in German (oral & written)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant
  • Great communications skills
  • Organised & self-motivated
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Excel & Word

Circa up to £27,000 pa
