RESPONSIBILITIES

Spanish speaking Credit Controller
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Commutable from Birmingham, Northampton, Leister, Rugby, Kidderminster, Royal Leamington Spa
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa

Main duties:
To support Credit Control Team and Manager


The Role:
  • Limit the company’s exposure to bad debt by reduce debtor days
  • Develop ownership on a mixed currency ledger
  • Develop/maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Daily banking of payments • Allocating of payments and credits
  • Manage release of orders to balancing credit risk
  • Reviewing credit limits of existing and new accounts
  • Creating new accounts on the crediting system
  • Daily contact via Email and telephone to customers
  • Following internal processes to resolve issues
  • Chasing overdue debt Updating systems and shared spreadsheets

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

  • Fluent in Spanish to mother tongue standard (Written & spoken)
  • Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
  • Experience of an EMEA ledger
  • Previous experience in Finance Department and Credit Control
  • Ambitious, driven and focussed, with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to listen and interpret information, but also challenge
  • Ability to priorities skills and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
  • Confident, proactive & dynamic
