RESPONSIBILITIES

German Speaking Customer Operations Coordinator
Location: Crawley

Main Duties:
First point of contact for customers coordinating orders and developing new business /sales opportunities while providing an excellent customer experience.


The Role:
  • First point of contact for all customer queries and resolve any issues if necessary in a timeously manner
  • Order processing
  • Manage and assist in resolving challenging requests
  • Work with all Operations Team members and internal stakeholders to ensure orders and quotes are placed correctly
  • Liaise with customer and global colleagues to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Work with logistic departments to manage delivery and costs
  • Arrange and approve customer invoices ensuring all responsibilities are completed
  • Liaising with account managers to understand customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service during monthly calls to understand further customer needs and requirements
  • Provide regular forecasts to support monthly targets
  • Administrative duties as needed to support business.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

  • Fluent German Speaking and Written skills (Essential)
  • Fluent French speaking and written skills (Desirable)
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales support
  • Account Management experience advantageous
  • Familiar with SAP / CRM System
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable
