Description

We are recruiting for General Operatives to be based in Kidderminster, DY11 7AR. These are permanent full time roles working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £17,550 dependent upon skills and experience.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm

Role Overview:

  • Record any information relating to specified mail items
  • Ensure mail trays are logged onto system
  • Open envelopes on the high-speed equipment
  • Sort mail into batches for scanning
  • Scan documentation using different production scanners
  • Ensure that rescan requests are processed within SLA’s
  • Record all production statistics as required

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

  • Excellent teamworking skills
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Previous experience of data entry may be advantageous
  • This role requires a DBS/DS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential
