Rates Of Pay

We do the right thing at Arriva, that’s why you’ll be earning an hourly rate of:

£11.44 per hour during training

£11.65 per hour for the first 6 months of service

After 6 Months Of Service We Offer

£13.35 per hour Monday to Saturday; and £14.35 per hour on Sunday;

Bank Holiday £25.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Will need undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment.
  • Great people skills.
  • Must have a UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility as our shift pattern covers 5 out of 7 days so you will be working weekends but you will also get a nice few days off across a weekend too throughout the month.
  • Start times vary from 04:00 am and the latest finish time up until 01:00am. We do not do fixed mornings or lates however you will be aware of your working pattern up to 8 weeks in advance so you can make plans outside of work.
