We are looking for an F&B Team Leader to join the team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station hotel.

What will you be doing as a Food and beverage Team Leader?

Coaching & Training the Team members

Chandling any guest complaints

Ensure the team are following Food, health and hygiene policies

Assist the Food and beverage Manger in End of the Month reporting

Stock control and all F&B Orders

Creating Monthly marketing and sales action plans to increase F&B Revenue.

Monitor and reply to the online reviews and take all feedback on board.
