Job Description

Ø Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the menu

Ø Answer all questions about beverages and the food

Ø Take orders and send them to kitchen staff through the POS system

Ø Ensure quality service in the dining room and serve meals

Ø Prepare the bills for beverages and meals ordered and balance daily transactions

Ø Take reservations and greet the take-out counter customers

Ø Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness

Ø Apply safety regulations

Ø Comply with equipment usage guidelines

Ø Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant

Ø Ensure your work area is clean
