As part of a group that is expanding through both acquisitions and organic growth, our client is currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager as part of their leadership team to manage their finance function at their site in Poole, Dorset.What will the Finance Manager role involve?
  • Managing a team of two and business partnering the Managing Director;
  • Responsibility for all KPI reporting, including clear and detailed commentary;
  • Preparing Capex proposals, also ensuring post investment appraisals are aligned;
  • All budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet controls, accruals and prepayments;
  • Variance analysis, including labour efficiency, distribution and overheads;
  • Overhead control, ensuring the regular review of all cost centres with the senior leadership team..
Suitable Candidate For The Finance Manager Vacancy
  • Track record of developing strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders;
  • Good systems skills including advance Excel and ERP knowledge;
  • Manufacturing experience.
