CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a fast paced, high growth business based in Poole, Dorset, who have a newly created Finance Manager requirement. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for running the finance function on a daily basis, with support from the Finance Director and other members of the team.

What will the role Finance Manager involve?
  • Prepare management accounts accurately and to agreed deadlines;
  • Balance sheet reconciliations;
  • Manage annual audit processes, acting as a point of contact for external auditors;
  • Assist in budgeting & forecasting processes;
  • Daily management of a small team.
Suitable Candidate
  • You are required to be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified to be considered for this position;
  • Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager role is highly beneficial;
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, progressive environment.
