Our client is a well-established innovative global leading business who currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join them as part of their leadership team in Poole, Dorset.

What will the role involve?
  • As number one on site the Finance Manager will lead a team of two direct reports, including ongoing training and support;
  • Working closely with the rest of the management team with a focus on increasing the business’s efficiency and profitability;
  • Management accounts review and commentary;
  • Developing financial reporting which ultimately supports key business decision making;
  • Responsibility for all compliance including corporation tax, VAT and PAYE;
  • Production of annual budgets and quarterly forecasting;
  • Acting as the main point of contact for external auditors.
Suitable Candidate
  • Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA);
  • Experience from within a manufacturing environment.
