EA / Senior Business Administrator - Leading Company - Richmond - Up to £32k + Benefits

Are you a Senior Administrator, EA or PA seeking work with a leading brand?

Our leading Property business is seeking a proven Senior Administrator to work within the highly successful franchise team on a permanent basis. The role covers a wide range Senior Executive duties reports directly into the team director.

Duties Include
  • Supporting key business stakeholder with critical administration
  • Co-ordinate set-up meetings
  • Send the Welcome Pack to the new clients
  • Arrange for clients IT access
  • Collate key client documents
  • Client file management
  • Full management of the CRM system
  • Monitoring client systems
  • Updating client management information reports
  • Monitor general client in box for enquires
  • Diary management
  • Taking calls when needed for other in the team
  • Meeting and greeting key customers
  • Producing high-quality reports
  • Managing the administration processes
  • Coordinating of invoicing data
  • Attending meetings and taking actions
  • Travel arrangements
  • Manage incoming / outgoing correspondence
  • Manage and coordinate projects
Experience Required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Franchising/Agency background would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-working skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise work
  • Ability to produce work accurately
