My client is actively seeking to grow their senior management team due to increased work load and new project wins, they deliver a mix of schemes across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey in the main. Project values range from 1-10m and are delivered under D&B JCT Contracts. The projects are a mix of refurbishment and new build schemes and at present fall mainly within the education and health care sectors.

The client I am working with have an excellent reputation across the South and a secured pipeline of work in to 2023. They will consider either an experienced contracts manager or possibly a project manager stepping across in to this role. You must have experience leading site teams, being the interface with design teams (both in house and client side), ability to programme on aster or Microsoft project, a history of dealing with the end client and a commercial acumen.

  • JCT Design and Build Contract Experience
