I am currently working with an excellent regional contractor based in the South with an excellent secured pipeline of work in 2022 and 2023. My client operate across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and the M4 Corridor, they have an excellent reputation for retention of staff and delivery to their clients. Their projects are secured through both framework arrangements and also competitive tender and cover the following sectors;
  • Education
  • Accommodation
  • Health
  • Assisted living
  • General Commercial buildings & MoD
They have recently secured a £24m education scheme via two stage tender and are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead this project. The scheme will be on site for just over two years and will complete in 2024. This is a design and build project within the assisted living sector.
