Bespoke Education are looking to source an impeccable Teacher of English on behalf of one of our clients in the Knowsley area; we have worked with this school for about 9 years now. This establishment is a coeducational secondary school that caters for pupils aged 11 to 18. The school pride themselves on being extremely ambitious, forward thinking and committed. The school have a great support system for both staff and pupils and the staff within are hard-working and enthusiastic; this enables students to reach their full potential. The feedback from former temporary staff is usually excellent, with many aspects of the school praised. This role as Teacher of English is an exciting position due to commence immediately. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3pm as this is a full-time role. The pay will be discussed upon registration and is dependent on your teaching experience, scale and ability; however, it will range between £100 to £160 per day. This position is open to both Qualified Teachers and NQT’s, so everyone is welcome!

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet The Following Criteria
  • You have a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • You can teach English from KS3 & KS4
  • You possess a valid DBS, if not we can process one for you
  • You have a legal right to work in the UK
  • You are up to date with the current curriculum
  • You have excellent classroom management and can deal with discipline issues well
Specific Responsibilities Include
  • Marking and planning
  • Recording attendance in accordance with school policy
  • Following all school safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Ensuring a constructive working environment
  • Attending parents’ evenings, if applicable
