Integra Education are seeking a motivated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our partner school on a temporary to permanent basis.

As a key member of the nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, working alongside other practitioners to ensure a stimulating and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for children, taking into account their individual needs, interests, and abilities
  • Observe and record children’s progress, using this information to inform planning and assessment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and teamwork
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
