Bristol (South Bristol, North Somerset)

£35,000 to £48,000 DOE + 25 days holiday + private healthcare + Structured Career Development + Personal Pension Plan + Flexible Benefits Package + Early Finish Friday + Hybrid Working

08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 13:00 Friday

Electrical Design Engineer required for a leading technology manufacturer who boast a fantastic reputation within their sector, a brand truly associated with quality. They offer training and development and progression opportunities for the successful applicant.

The role will be suited to an experienced electrical design engineer looking to further their career and flourish within the sector of technology. You will have knowledge of electrical engineering with experience using ANY design software, experience AutoCAD LT 2014 or later will be advantageous. You will have electrical design engineering experience, engineers from machine control system backgrounds will also be advantageous.

You will be joining the engineering team to provide drawings, BOMs and other supporting documents. Delivering accurate electrical designs and ensuring company high standards are met throughout the process. Furthermore, you will be providing support in designing control solutions for the production and research customers across a mixture of sectors.

The Electrical Design Engineer Role
  • Produce electrical designs to an agreed timescale
  • Provide technical information for manuals and documentation
  • Maintain and promote professional standards
  • Full training and development will be provided
  • Monday to Friday. Early Finish Friday
The Person
  • Minimum HNC in ANY relevant electrical discipline
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Computer literate, including MS Office packages
  • Experience in machine control systems desired
