Role DescriptionCoordinate the application process , post course support, and the planning and delivery of FA Education courses and events as allocated by the Education Delivery Officer.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast paced customer focused environment and delivering excellent customer service
- Proven team- working experience
- Ability to demonstrate working with and supporting numerous key internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of budget management
- Experience of events / operations planning and delivery
- Ability to manage multi projects and stakeholders
- Proficient skills in MS Office including Excel
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience of a sporting organisation / association
