As Customer Relationship Manager you will assume responsibility for the creation and development of our customer relationship management strategy using a creative approach to secure and manage target audiences whilst delivering outstanding campaigns!
Working with the Marketing Manager, ensuring a stream of high-quality leads through online and e-mail marketing, driving acquisitions, increasing conversions, improving retentions and customer loyalty.
In addition to this, as our Customer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning, managing and delivering our customer relationship management strategy.
- Managing and maintaining our contracts process through to completion, both within HubSpot and DocuSign for OW and OCB.
- Building collaborative relationships with all marketing teams to gain a great understanding of our customer base through insight, segmentation and data analysis.
- Management of data and CRM agency, resolving any issues that arise during the implementation of our CRM campaigns.
- Analysing and reporting on campaign effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue.
- Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
- Previous experience in CRM / data marketing / email marketing.
- First-hand experience of the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with back-end system knowledge.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills with experience in / exposure to project management.
- Knowledge and understanding of data and production processes.
- Great communication skills, written and verbal.
- Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships.
