We are looking for candidates baed in the UK with experience in healthcare distribution management across Europe.

THE COMPANY:Market leading, multi-million turnover business. A sister company part of a global organisation. The brand continues to succeed across a range of medical equipment; Obstetric, Vascular Assessment, Fetal & Patient Monitoring & Wound Express Products.

THE ROLE: As a Distribution Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative member of the Commercial Team and an integral part of planning the development of business in Europe! The business operates in two sectors, fetal & patient monitoring + vascular assessment & treatment. These are sold via third party distribution.

The role links into the European sales desk and the clinical / direct marketing functions, with a close liaison with the service department. There is a requirement for training distributors and where necessary end users and providing support by calling on clinical and technical resources.

Due to the nature of the role travel will be required. Full company and product training will be provided and earning prospects within the division and company are exciting and realistic.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with experience in healthcare distribution management in Europe
  • Strong preference for people with capital equipment experience.
  • Whilst not essential candidates with ability to speak a second language i.e. French, Spanish, German, Italian - this will enhance your application!
  • Must be able to travel across Europe freely

The Package:

  • Basic: £60,000-£90,000
  • Quarterly Bonus: £40,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or allowance of £700pcm
