The role:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a scalable talent acquisition strategy that enables us to bring the best talent on board quickly and effectively to meet our growth and global expansion plans.

Since January this year we have expanded into 5 new locations, and we have more on our radar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and showcase our employer brand – We think we are a great place to work, and so do our people, but we need to get the message out there!. Working in conjunction with marketing and the VP People, you will create the brand and content that reflects our values, our growth and the opportunities we have.
  • Optimising our hiring process to enable us to hire at pace whilst continuing to hire great talent.
  • Aligning Talent and Business plans Working closely with managers and leadership to ensure our hiring plans align with our business goals and directions.
  • Build and maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline across the regions. Being pro-active in finding and developing future talent; leveraging existing tools and channels to hire as well as finding and testing new ones!
  • Being data centric as well as people focused. – Ensuring our hiring decisions and planning is driven by the insights we get from our systems, the market, our networks.
  • Develop others: Leveraging your own, and your teams, experiences to further develop our hiring capability through training and process development across Exclaimer.
  • Lead, grow and inspire your team: of internal Talent Partners to deliver great people into the business.

Skills Knowledge And Expertise
  • SaaS background – You will have experience leading a talent team in a rapidly scaling SaaS business. If you have experience of private equity backed companies, that would be an advantage.
  • Global experience – You understand the requirements for attracting talent in different regions and can leverage your experience and networks to find the best way to reach people.
  • Growing a team excites you. You have experience of building a Talent team to meet the needs of a fast-growing business and you love the challenge of continual growth and change.
  • Deadlines? Priorities? No problem, you got this. As with any senior role, there is a lot to juggle and understanding where your most urgent focus needs to be is key.
  • Hiring is your passion. Because our people are at the centre of who we are, and we care deeply about providing the best possible experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You should share this passion.
  • We have no time for an ego. We are still a growing team and you have the ability to roll up your sleeves and work on what’s required.
