We are currently delivering revenue growth > 30% pa, annual recurring revenues now exceed £30 m and is profitable. Our HQ is in Farnborough, with regional offices in USA and Netherlands. We currently employ over 160 staff across these locations.

Our email solutions enable organizations in any location, of any size, to achieve brand consistency, centralized signature manager, legal compliance, and customer engagement on any device.

As part of our continued development we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, inquisitive and dedicated Senior Software Developer to join an existing scrum team within the Engineering department in the UK office. Working in our internal systems development team, this Software Developer role is filled with variety and gives you autonomy as well as the opportunity to further develop your skills. You will have a passion for creative coding, quality, continuous learning and knowledge sharing!

Working inside a full scrum process, supported by a dedicated product owner and independent scrum master, you will be freed to focus on development without unnecessary distractions. External training and certification to become a certified scrum master will be provided as part of your on-boarding experience.​

Your role in our team will include:

• Implementation of high quality, testable and peer reviewed solutions against customer focused acceptance criteria including:
• Defining technical implementation
• Applying technical knowledge and experience to create and modify solutions
• Taking on work in new areas and with new technologies
• Documentation of the technical solution
• See initiatives through the software development lifecycle from specification, through implementation and testing, to final deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Work collaboratively in a close-knit scrum team to produce solutions and solve problems.
• Assisting the team to help evolve their working practices, achieve their goals and otherwise supporting the team as required.

We need you to have:

• C# / .Net (4.8) / .Net Core with minimum 3+ years’ experience
• ASP.Net (MVC, Core)
• Html/CSS/JavaScript
• Experience with web services/ServiceStack
• SQL Server / TSQL
• IIS
• Unit testing frameworks for JavaScript and C#
• Version Control/Git

And it would be great if you had knowledge of:

• Azure DevOps
• Azure Services (inc Service Bus, Storage, WebJobs)
• Design patterns (e.g. dependency injection)
• Full lifecycle experience, from technical design through to production
