Position Profile:

Brief Description:

The individual will be a key driver in the development and implementation of the International digital plan for Jazz’s portfolio. The Digital Programme Manager will support the development and implementation of digital product strategies and digital tactics across multiple geographies in alignment with the overall brand plans and digital opportunities.

Essential Functions

  • Support on digital, develop the digital strategy and ensure effective execution across various channels in alignment with the overall company strategy (strategic planning, design, setup, execution and measurement)

  • Develop innovative digital initiatives beyond traditional channels to engage and interact with key stakeholders through an omni channel approach

  • Monitor and maintain analytics to track and measure effectiveness of digital tactics

  • Support the development of the annual digital plan based on stakeholder and market insights in collaboration digital and business unit teams, to develop innovative digital tactics to drive appropriate digital utilisation

  • Manage execution of digital plans through effective strategic partnerships within cross functional internal teams including Marketing, Medical, Compliance and external agencies

  • Project manage the implementation of digital tactics and development of channels

  • Analyse digital market data and trends, to generate key strategic insights to drive digital direction

  • Maintain a deep understanding of relevant product / disease areas to build the digital strategy embedded in the overall strategy, positioning and messaging of our the Jazz brands

  • Document ongoing campaign learnings as they rise and educate broader organisation on precision marketing tactics to reinforce data-drive culture and help establish internal benchmarks

  • Use digital analytics platforms (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Campaign Manager) to generate actionable marketing insights to inform campaign planning and media tactics according to business objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Relevant digital marketing experience, creating and implementing digital tools, platforms and campaigns (inc social media and SEO) that drive measurable results

  • Significant experience in the life science (industry or agency)

  • Successful track record in digital and/or omni channel marketing

  • Experience in managing multiple projects and vendors

  • Proven leadership abilities working within a cross-functional team

  • Experience marketing in UK and EMEA a must

  • Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan);

  • Experience managing and updating a portfolio of websites (working knowledge of CMS and backend databases preferable)

  • Experience and a strong eye for user design and layout and web/mobile UI/UX

  • Understanding of digital compliance and GDPR within the pharmaceutical industry and strong desire to maintain optimal compliance requirements in all activities

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (creation and delivery) for internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to manage and juggle multiple priorities

  • Analytical thinking and excellent attention to details

  • Strong in collaboration and team player

  • Fluent spoken/written English

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

  • Degree in related field, preferably in Science, Business or Computer Science

  • Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing and coding

  • Previous experience or qualification in project management

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Veeva and various web code bases
