Do you work within Digital Marketing? Are you a self-motivated strong communicator looking for a new challenge? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager!

The role

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will work to build customer and brand awareness of all YTL UK group companies in particular Wessex Water and YTL Developments.

You will support the development and implementation of digital marketing, content optimisation and SEO strategies for these individual companies so their online presence is comparable with other leading businesses in their relevant sectors.

In this hands-on role encompassing all aspects of digital marketing, you will be managing and updating a CMS to ensure website content remains fresh while providing the technical and project management expertise to drive increased use of marketing automation.

You will also take a proactive approach to investigating website performance and driving improvements in SEO and UX to increase customer conversion rates.

You will use industry and non-industry marketing research combined with data to build customer and brand awareness. In addition, you will contribute to the external branding modifications and rebrands as well as giving advice on content marketing.

Within the role you will become proficient in using Sitecore (v9) and manage the marketing suite to build email marketing as a viable digital channel, increasing traffic and engagement for all group companies.

You will also contribute and manage our brand accounts within the Google environment, including our YouTube channels, from a marketing and strategic perspective. Using Google Insights and other analytical tools, you will be expected to improve SEO and help to optimise both the content and customer experience.

What do I need?

To be successful you will have excellent communication skills and be confident with senior management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with clear attention to detail. You will be self-motivated and have good organisational skills and be able to stay focused and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, we are looking for:

  • Qualifications in marketing, communications or relevant field.
  • Minimum of fouryears’ experience in SEO and digital marketing environment
  • Proven work experience in a marketing-related role within a digital team
  • Basic technical knowledge of CMS and web publishing including HTML as well as the ability to use Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Clean full drivinglicence.
