To do this you will be working with stakeholders to assess, establish and implement innovation strategies including metaverse, extended reality, quantum computing, block chain and ventures. Based on your performance, opportunities to push the future of innovation above and beyond will be presented.As a Digital innovation Manager, you will help shape the design, build and launch of new revenue streams for Jaguar Land Rover. Driving the incubation of disruptive technology and building mechanisms for capturing and prioritising innovation concepts to ensure correct focus will be part of the role.You will create and manage the taxonomy and framework for developing innovation concepts including ideation, construction and Minimum Viable Product (MVP), adoption and feedback. Engaging with enabling capabilities to build the innovation ecosystem including teams, tooling, and processes.An exciting opportunity to build out innovation capabilities and develop plans to incorporate into the corporate culture to impact the broader organisation. You will manage and execute innovation objectives and roadmap. To identify, negotiate, allocate and manage resources to shape innovation capability.You will manage the process and monitor the progress of the various ongoing initiatives as well as engage with external partnerships with companies that may accelerate innovation and market access. Demonstrate that you can establish and define an innovation community across the organisation to increase communication engagement and collaboration. Managing, evaluating and overseeing overall implementation of top ideas from innovation structure and respond back to the community is a large part of the role. You will work with the team to develop idea generation approaches and viable commercialisation strategies for mature innovationsWhat You’ll NeedYou will need the a creative mindset to develop and work with different innovation methodologies and techniques supplemented by a strategic mindset to feed insights into our overarching Digital Strategy. Furthermore, you will be expected to work collaboratively with a broader stakeholder group to generate innovation strategies with the ability to explain unfamiliar concepts in a similar way to drive adoption. A good understanding of what is needed to create and maintain strong stakeholder management will be key to this role.EssentialKnowledge, skills and experience
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to explain unfamiliar and complex concepts.
  • Detailed focus on value management, liking to Digital Strategy and Portfolio.
  • An understanding of horizon scanning techniques to discover and understand leading-edge technologies (as described).
  • Knowledge of different innovation methodologies and techniques
