As ICT desktop support engineer, you will be an integral part of the Service Delivery team, you will contribute to maintaining and building ICT equipment.

Role Responsibility

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for managing daily operations of the desktop support team, representing the team to other stakeholders and helping to ensure the Service Delivery department is constantly developing and improving.
  • Provide input into the technical configuration of computer and telephony devices suggesting ways to improve the end user experience
  • Actively driving service support performance to exceed agreed SLA’s and KPI’s by embedding effective, efficient processes and procedures into the desktop support team.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
  • Proven ability to show resiliency and be able to prioritise key activities within the business while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Can cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, responding calmly and rationally to changing a landscape.
  • You will be a problem solver with excellent analytical skills in a highly technical customer focused service environment.
  • ITIL Service Operation
  • Clean Driving Licence
