In order to keep up with the competitive marketplace, we’re on the lookout for an organised Deployment Project Expert to join the team, giving more to our customers and more to the business.

You’ll take ownership of planning and monitoring the project schedule whilst tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities to leadership. Working closely with the Deployment Manager, you’ll also ensure the successful execution of the customer interaction solutions to the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of planning and monitoring the project schedule.
  • Track and communicate project risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Prepare and present updates to leadership on the project’s progress.
  • Coordinate and drive project team meetings and recording of minutes.
  • Work closely with the Deployment Manager to ensure the successful execution of the customer interaction solutions to the country.
  • Support the country business teams through the digital transformation of the customer interaction solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with international colleagues.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from cross-functional teams to ensure governance over the project’s objectives.
  • Liaise and working alongside the central PMO team.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work in a committee with the other Deployment/Cutover Experts to align processes and best practice globally and implement this into the countries.
  • Understand the business requirements and priorities related to the initiative.
  • Track and report the planning, regulation, execution, monitoring and closure of the project.
  • Report risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Provide content for senior stakeholders to make decisions, based on expert recommendations.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Experience working within a company that has a global presence (physical or online).
  • Project management experience.
  • Understanding of global customer interaction strategies.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of overall IT solution landscape and technical dependencies to the solutions being deployed.
  • Good networking skills to align and collaborate with all countries, local and global departments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Logical and efficient work ethic with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Confident communicator and facilitator of workshops and meetings.
  • Systematic, analytical approach to problem solving.

Desirable Skills Required:

  • Experience of a large-scale transformation project.
  • Change management experience.
  • Ability to translate data into business-friendly language.
  • Experience of working across multiple countries (languages, time zones, cultures and expectations).
  • Foreign language skills.
  • Understanding of how to work in Agile team setups.

  • Salary starting from £32,200, rising to £46,590.
  • 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday- Friday.
