Please note this is not an RBWM role. RBWM are advertising this on behalf of Optalis.

Are you enthusiastic and passionate about enabling individuals with dementia and their carers to live life to the full?

If so, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides a range of support and services to unpaid Carers and those individuals living with dementia in the RBWM. We require creative and proactive staff to facilitate meaningful bespoke activities in their local community eg music, dance, rambling, discussion groups, drumming etc.

The successful applicant needs to have knowledge and experience of dementia and the issues that relate to Carers. You will need to have experience of providing advocacy, support and information and excellent organisational/communication skills.

You will need a commitment to working with Carers, individuals living with dementia and volunteers. You must be able to adapt to providing services both face to face, via virtual platforms and group activities. But most of all have a fun, lively and creative personality.
