My client is looking for a Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional and courteous service to customers.

Duties

You will also support the field sales team, you will create new opportunites at exciting customers and develop new customers in conjuction with the sales team.

Master our Product Offering for EDM Market

Administer the EDM business from quote to delivery and cash receipt.

Develop intimate knowledge of and strong relationships with customers

Submitting offers to customers or to field sales representatives.

Following up on quotations, develop new accounts.

Support the CS administration function across the business, including: creating new accounts; entering and acknowledging order details in information system; administering customer claims and returns.

Master Incoterms and shipment regulations for UK and export activities.

Any other duties commensurate with the grade and nature of this position.

Adherence to the health and safety regulations, Mersen safety, environmental and any other company policies and procedures.

Specification

3 years’ experience in a similar role desirable. Familiarity with EDM process and market Good literacy and numeracy ability. Experience using Microsoft Office. Experience using JD Edwards will be desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt to changes and to new challenges. Ability to think and react quickly to problems. Team orientated.

The role will be for 3 months temporary and then will be reviewed, full time hours £13.30ph
