YOUR ROLE

This is a truly exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new team as we begin to support a newly implemented customer contract. As a Customer Service Clerk within the Daventry Control Tower, you will be responsible for ensuring that operational activities are effectively and efficiently met to ensure customer expectations are met.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As a Customer Service Clerk, you will work as part of the centralised planning team to ensure that customer service excellence, efficiency and quality targets are met. You will be focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and work in partnership with the customer services and management team to ensuring successful operational performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a committed and dedicated customer centric individual with a passion and flare for customer service. You will need to be an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will enjoy working as part of a team but also working alone on your own initiative. Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment and enjoy the fast pace that comes with working in a logistics setting.
