YOUR ROLE


We have a fantastic and rare opportunity to join our team in Winsford as an Operations Supervisor.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


As an Operations Supervisor you will assist in leading a small team of Team Leaders to achieve business performance with a focus on continuous improvement and promoting a culture of employee engagement and motivation. Day to day you will be responsible for inducting new starters, work allocation, scheduling, sickness and absence and supervision of your team, whilst maintaining customer service levels through the monitoring of KPI’s and reporting.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This role would suit an individual who has prior supervisory experience and comes from a warehousing background. We are looking for someone with real energy and passion who can lead and motivate a team whilst maintaining service levels, health and safety and team engagement. You will need to be an exceptional communicator who can adapt their communication and engagement style depending on the audience.
