YOUR ROLE

This is a truly exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new team as we begin to support a newly implemented customer contract. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will take responsibility for management of the warehouse operation functions ensuring smooth and efficient activities to meet and exceed customer expectations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 5 direct reports and around 60 indirect reports, ensuring work is allocated effectively to meet operational targets and KPI’s. You will build excellent working relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standard. You will take responsibility for ensuring colleagues are adequately trained within the operation to cover any holiday, sickness, absence or overtime.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who comes from a similar logistics environment. You will need to have demonstrable experience leading, managing and motivating a team and will ideally come with some knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced and pressurized environment, be reliable and punctual and have a flexible approach to work.
