We have an exciting opportunity for people with customer service experience to join our Existing Business team, responsible for;


  • Building proactive relationships with existing clients to ensure renewal needs are fully understood and met. It’s all about providing the best options and service to your customer and client accounts.
  • Manage an existing book of clients and ensure timely resolution of all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments
  • Motivate yourself and others to achieve retention targets whilst driving organic income growth through identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities
  • Have a good understanding of SME’s and business to business sales.
  • Part of your role is to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and provide support they need to move the business forwards.
  • Provide support to assigned portfolios which cross trades and industries
  • Handle insurer and customer queries with ease, speaking to the finance team when needed.

Skills & Experience

  • Willingness to work towards industry standard qualifications.
  • Previous insurance experience including MTAs & Renewals beneficial
  • Experience of dealing with complex customer relationships, you can quickly grasp and interpret information to maximise income opportunities and process efficiencies.
  • Able to spot potential problems before they arise, clear in your objectives and confidently seeking advice when required.
  • Excellent communication skills in terms of both written (report and presentation writing) and verbal skills (one to one and in a group)
