About the Role

In this role you will be working in our Customer Service department based in our Head Office in Torquay. You will answer both telephone calls and emails from our customers, helping them with any queries they may have about their home. You will coordinate with other departments, contractors and other third parties to help resolve their queries and to find a solution. You will be updating our IT systems with information regarding the customer’s journey and any actions taken.

Monday to Thursday – 8.45am-5.15pm

Friday – 8.45am-4pm

37.5 hours per week, permanent role

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an individual with experience in housebuilding or property.

Acting as a representative for the company, you will be required to deal effectively with all customers and be able to manage their expectations appropriately.

You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to persuade, negotiate and compromise. You will be able to work to tight deadlines and balance and prioritise your own workload. You will also possess excellent computer skills in a number of Microsoft packages, be flexible, and able to work to high standards of presentation and accuracy.
