Customer Account Manager
Pertemps are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our clients team based in Hortonwood, on a temp-perm basis. As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships, serving as main point of contact between the company and its customers.
The successful candidate will be confident, personable and have previous experience working within a sales-based environment!
Hours39hrs pw. Mon-Thurs 09:00-17:00 Fri 09:00-16:001hr for lunch
Salary£12.32-13.56ph

Dutiesnot limited to:
Build and maintain strong working relationships, understanding customer requirements and preferences.
Handle customer accounts including quotations, complaint resolution, and upselling of products.
Generate of new enquiries and business development – this will include some telesales.
Order processing and ensuring requests are being met in a timely manner.
Gather feedback from customer experience to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
Will have experience in a similar role, ideally account management, recruitment, or sales representatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
A confident and polite telephone manner.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency IT knowledge and able to pick up new systems with ease.
