CRUISE SALES CONCIERGE -ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dealing with incoming sales leads and new enquiries via thefollowing channels: Incoming calls, email, chat

• Provide customers with quotes, and booking cruises with allleading cruise operators

• Book bespoke package holidays, flights, transfers, cruises,hotels etc for the customer, providing them with a well organised andseamlessly smooth holiday.

• Deliver an exceptional sales experience through our values:

• You must be motivated, enthusiastic and determined tosucceed

• Desire to work as part of a fast paced, growing company withplenty of opportunity on offer

• Experience of working in a target driven environment

• Previous sales/ customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Passionate about cruises and dedicated to providingcustomers with the very best in 1 to 1 personal service

• A commitment to work hard in order to reap the rewards

• Self-motivation and tenacity

Desirable:

• Previous travel industryexperience

• Experience using cruiseline booking systems

• Proven sales trackrecord
