The Customer Service team will play anintegral part in the success of the WTH Customer service department and isresponsible for providing world class service and world class support to bothinternal and external customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CONCIERGE -ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally respond to inbound calls and provide excellent service to internal and external customers
  • Diligently assist internal and external customers with issues
  • Confidently up sell on bookings once theyve been made
  • Resolving customer queries at initial call where possible
  • Accurately note internal calls and log support
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience through the following:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • You must be motivated, enthusiastic and determined to succeed
  • Desire to work as part of a fast paced, growing company with plenty of opportunity on offer
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal our customers need to respect our people
  • Passionate about cruises and dedicated to providing customers with the very best in 1 to 1 personal service.

Desirable:

  • Previous travel industry experience
  • Experience using cruise line booking systems
