Your Team

We are a fast paced team who work along together nicely with high support for each other and challenging ourselves to get the best results for the business that we can. We work together nicely and like to socialise together.

As a team we mitigated £7milion in 2023 and made a significant positive cost reduction across multiple categories across the business which has laid the foundations for the team to grow further

Our team is structured with our head of procurement being supported by a team of procurement managers utilising the support of the procurement analysts.

Your Role

We are looking for a travel booker to take ownership of arranging and managing travel logistics for employees or executives within the boohoo group. You will be responsible for booking travel via land and air, accommodations, transportation and any other necessary arrangements for business trips and potential external shoots. You will handle travel expense management, ensuring that expenses are within budget and properly documented. Additionally providing travel information & assistance and handle any changes or issues that arise during travel. We are looking for someone to help us streamline the travel process for employees, ensuring they can focus on their business objectives while traveling.

What you will be doing

We will be looking for you to maintain strong relationships with vendors that provide direct travel services, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.

Expertly organise and schedule travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, based on stakeholder requirements.

Utilise our internal booking platform and other relevant sources to find the most affordable travel options. Regularly cross-checking invoices with booking logs to ensure accuracy.

Skilfully secure internal approval for bookings before presenting options whilst proactively handling any daily travel-related issues and offer valuable advice when needed.

Efficiently arrange travel arrangements for business visitors and group bookings, as necessary.

What you can bring?

  • Previous experience in a travel booking and administrative role.
  • Experience using a travel booking platform
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and excel skills.

  • If we are right for you and you are right for us then you will be invited to take part in a teams call with our Head of Procurement to learn more about the new stream and what to expect
  • If all goes well from this initial meeting, then we will ask for you to come to HQ and meet with the Head of Procurement and Senior Procurement Manager to run through some scenarios and how you would approach them
